ADK is a subsidiary of Visionary Network based in Ohio. The brand started with the vision to produce high quality fashion products such bags, wallets, belts and clothes for all. The beautiful aspect of the product is the cultural element which have been in included in all of our product designs called ‘Adinkra’. an Akan word which means ‘Symbol’ in English. The symbols are meaningful and are relatable to the circumstances we all face in life and we believe that patrons of our products will not only beam with excitement when they pick a bag or a wallet or purse but will have the symbols speak to them. A symbol like “Gye Nyame” meaning “Except God’ would remind users of our products that nothing can be done or accomplished without God. “Sankofa” means “Go back and take” will remind patrons that it’s never too late to return to something.

Ready to head out

For 3 years, we have invested about $20,000 of our personal funds into the making of the products and have reached a point where we need the support to take our business to the next level. Manufacturing costs are high with low production levels leading to high prices of our products. We want everyone to afford to our products inspite of their economic status. In light of this, we are appealing for your support through donations and investments  to get to the top. The money needed will go towars manufacuring costs, Marketing and eventually a store in a busy location to allow for easy sales of all of our products.

We are of the opininion that we can achieve anything we set our minds to as long as it can make a positive impact in the lives of others. Our vision is to see Adinkra brand become a household name in the fashion industry. Our core mission is to drive success to greater heights to let all onow that all things are possible to them that believe. So we invite you to become a part of us to help build this brand.
